As a COR certified safety company Randall Homes will strive to identify with our homeowners the importance of being safe on the job site. We understand that periodically buyers like to view their homes while under construction. They enjoy seeing the progress and being apart of the exciting building process.
Randall Homes, along with our Safety Coordinator, Sub Tradesman's and Supplier's maintain a very strict safety policy. When you enter your new home during the construction phase, you will be asked to follow the Safety Regulations imposed by the Work Place and Safety Act in conjunction with the Randall Homes Safety Program.
In choosing to build with Randall Homes, your sales agent will provide you with a complete safety package at the time of your purchase. This will insure that each visit to your new home will be exciting and safe experience.
RANDALL HOMES SAFETY COORDINATOR
At Randall Homes we have a safety coordinator to help ensure the safety of our sub trades and suppliers, as well as our customers who visit their home under construction.
Our construction service coordinators have been trained in the Randall Homes safety program.
Each of our model homes are stocked with personal protective equipment, such as hardhats, and safety goggles, that our customers are required to wear when visiting their Randall Home while it is under construction.
